## Care Instructions for Decorated Garments

To maximise the lifespan of your decorated garments, please follow these care instructions:

* Turn garment inside out before washing
* Machine wash (30°C maximum)
* Do not bleach
* Tumble dry on normal heat
* Do not dry clean

Failure to follow these care instructions may affect the durability of the decoration and could invalidate any claim relating to print or embroidery quality.

## Customised & Personalised Products

As the majority of our products are customised, personalised, printed, or embroidered specifically to your requirements, they are exempt from cancellation and return rights for change of mind purchases under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds where:

* You change your mind after ordering
* You order the wrong size, colour, or quantity
* You provide incorrect artwork, spelling, or information that was approved prior to production
* The finished product matches the artwork or approval provided by you

## Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure every order meets our quality standards before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is:

* Faulty
* Damaged in transit
* Incorrectly supplied
* Significantly different from the approved artwork or specification

please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving your order.

To help us assess the issue quickly, please provide:

* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photographs showing the defect or error

## Resolution Options

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we may, at our discretion:

* Replace the affected item(s)
* Repair the item(s) where appropriate
* Provide a full or partial refund

Where a return is required, we will provide instructions and arrange return shipping where applicable.

## Refund Timescales

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned item or confirming the claim.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
